How to order and delivery details

Hi I'm Millie from Millie's Flowers I just want to give you some information about how to place an order and my free delivery offer. 

As you will see from my website I don't offer a ecommerce shopping cart experience when you order flowers. The best way to order flowers is call the florist direct and discuss all the details. 
A little "Old School" maybe but I believe in "Old Fashioned Service" and giving the customer exactly what they want. And you can't get that by shopping for flowers in an online cart. 

I take a daily trip to the flower market to select the flowers I need for each days orders. So let me know your order by around 9:30am daily and I can pick out the exact flowers for your order that day. I can still take orders after 9:30am for same day but will be using the fresh flowers I have on hand.

While we are on the phone I will work out your exact courier cost and take down all the order info for you. You can pay by card over the phone. 

How much will the delivery cost? This depends on a few factors. I can give you a price for delivery on the spot. Cost will vary depending on suburb, and if you want the flowers there at any time of day or if you need a faster delivery within 4 hours of booking the job with the courier. Some deliveries like funerals are a time delivery and will cost a little more also. 

How does the FREE LOCAL DELIVERY offer work?

I offer free delivery to my local area around Dernancourt this gives you a saving of around $13-$25 in courier fees. This is a genuine saving but there is a couple of guidelines to the offer 

FREE DELIVERY SUBURBS

Dernancourt, Highbury, Paradise, Holden Hill, Newton, Rostrevor, Tranmere, Magill, Campbelltown, Athelstone, Hope valley, Windsor gardens, Vista. 

Minimum flower order $50

Any time during the day delivery (no time deliveries)

Market trip/Daily cut off to order 9:30am (pre order for later days in the week is a good idea) after 9:30am I have already been to the flower market I can still take your order but it will need to be flowers I have on hand that day up to 1pm or til sold out

Free Delivery does not include funeral flowers.
